We just cannot get enough tri-tip these days. It has been inexpensive locally, and the flavor is to die for! We have been using this recipe that we found, and it has not let us down yet!


Workout Program of the Month-



We are keeping things simple and enjoying the outdoors, so here is another workout that you can do with one or two kettlebells! We have hosted two kettlebell experts on Boundless Body Radio, Vincent Metzo, my former kettlebell instructor, and Mike Salemi, who recommends using a minimal amount of kettlebells when you first get started. That certainly helps keep the price down! Check out his valuable Kettlebell Selector Tool to choose the right ‘bell for you!


Favorite Podcast Episode of the Month-


As you know, we recommend and coach our clients with low-carbohydrate, ketogenic, and/or carnivore diets. We did not come to these practices easily or quickly, as most of the world is pushing harder and harder for a plant-based diet. We disagree strongly with the notion that plant-based diets will help human or planetary health, and it has taken many years for us to come to this conclusion.



Our favorite podcast of the month is a recent episode of the Utopihen Talk Podcast called “Vegetarian, Vegan, Carnivore, Oh My...". Podcast host Paul Meyers interviews our future guest James Leman (the_carnivorist on IG) about how a vegan diet literally nearly killed him in this emotional interview. This was just part one, and we look forward to the rest of this conversation in part two!
